How To Organize Images and Videos

by admin

We actually do have the ability to organize images and videos into albums.

1. Select “Photos and Videos” tab;
2. Select the +New Album link on the right side;
3. Name New Album and Provide Description, and a new album will have been created;
4. Next go to All Clips and Select Organize at the top;
5. Select the clips that you want to move into your new album (the clips will be highlighted in blue);
6. Select the dropdown box to the album you want the clips added to;
7. A question, Add Selected Clips will appear – Hit Ok.

It’s that simple.

eFamily Surpasses 100,000 Posts

by dhosei

We are pleased to announce that we have surpassed the 100,000 post mark.  The post count includes status updates and stories that are added to eFamily by family members throughout the world and shared within their own private family site.

This is a major accomplishment for our company and proof that we have found a need in the marketplace with a high level of interest and engagement from our user base.

The next goal will be to get to 500,000 posts and then 1,000,000!

Thanks for making eFamily.com your destination to share family content with those that matter the most to you.

Sincerely,
David Hosei

New Feature: Writing on Profiles

by sarwat

Dear eFamily Users,

We are excited to share with you a new feature that we just implemented on eFamily. You can now write on other members’ profiles! This feature is very convenient for sending a message to a family member, or simply recording special memories about your children and ancestors. Now, member profiles will not only have information about your family members, but the whole family can collaborate and preserve the family moments by posting on profiles. Check it out on your family members’ profiles.

Enjoy!

Create a Private Facebook For Your Family

by admin

“Privacy is one of the most talked about issues when it comes to social media. Families want to share their experiences with their close friends and community without having to worry that their content could be leaked. Of course there are settings that you can adjust to keep your content secure, but once you join a large social network, you never know who might find you or what you share via the various search options available. eFamily.com, an Indianapolis based startup which recently publicly launched, looks to offer a free solution to this privacy problem.” Read More…
